depressive thoughts

when you try and get on with things but  get bad thoughts in your head that make you sad. do you stop what your doing or carry on. well sometimes we just have to get on with things and think that today is a new day, even if you were bullied as a child or maby you have a great life but your just not happy,we all need to try and put things behind us
